It's important to understand that order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. Expect potential delays due to COVID-19.

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic & International Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders within the United States & internationally for the time being.

Estimated shipping timeline is 10-15 business days Standard shipping.

Express shipping, N/A.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TheArtOfKhanan LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders made within a 50 mile radius of Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Deliveries are made from 9am-5pm on weekends. We will contact you via message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at theartofkhanan@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Important to note, some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. boxes. If your P.O. box is one of the carriers that falls into this group, then TheArtOfKhanan LLC is not responsible for any lost packages during transit, nor will a refund be issued.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are currently offering free returns for damaged products only. We have extended our online store return policy indefinitely until further notice. We will accept online returns via any shipping provider with the original packaging and valid receipt.

We accept returns only if the return process is initiated within 5 business days after delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theartofkhanan@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
